Construction of Bloom Park officially commenced in March, marking a significant milestone in the development of Merwede — a car-free and sustainable urban district in Utrecht that will eventually feature 6,000 residential units. Bloom Park, located in the northern part of Merwede, consists of 189 residential units, including 85 homes for the owner-occupier market and 104 built-to-rent units. The first 25 owner-occupier homes are now for sale, with the remaining units to be released in phases over the coming period.
Bloom Park is being developed by Boelens de Gruyter and G&S&, and is being built by Janssen de Jong Bouw | a JAJO company. Orion Investment Partners is acting as an investment manager. Eefje Voogd Makelaardij and Nieuwbouw Brecheisen are assigned as sales agents. de Firma Stek is responsible for marketing and branding.
